Shipping Rates and Times

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address.

Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change at any time (we’re always working with our shipping partners to save you more money!)

The Checkout page will display all shipping methods available for your order. If you update your address or the contents of your order, the site may ask you to edit your shipping selection. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation screen before you complete your order. 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DentistRx. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders can be shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays, depending on sales channel and shipping preferences.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be notified via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
DentistRx ships to physical street addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
DentistRx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DentistRx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Processing Deadlines

If all items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern (Monday thru Friday, except holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff times will begin to process the next business day. (We don’t mess around with getting your order shipped out to you!)

Items on Order

If an item is currently out of stock (we hope this never happens), the date we expect to have the product back in stock will be on that item's description page. If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder will apply. Availability dates for items on order are estimates, and are not guaranteed and items will ship as soon as they are back in stock.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends, or on postal holidays. Therefore, you may experience a delay between your order confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment confirmation of your order. The tracking timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin when the carrier picks it up for delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be shipped with our preferred carriers: United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS).

Orders with 2-Day and Overnight shipping are usually delivered by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time of day as this may vary by the carrier and geographic territory.

Orders to US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service, and can only be sent with standard shipping. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be delivered by the U.S. Military Postal Service. We do not use any other shipping carriers for these addresses.

Restrictions on Air Shipping

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items may include products that contain lithium batteries or stand-alone lithium batteries.

We're committed to getting your order to you pronto, but we also want to do it safely, responsibly and in compliance with DOT rules. We may be unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or US Territories.

Weekend Delivery

Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays).

International Orders

We do not ship products internationally.

We hope you never have an issue with your DentistRx products, however, in the event that you experience a “slight hiccup” please rest assured that we are here to help you as quickly and easily as possible. We appreciate your trust in our products and we always want you to “Brush Happy”!

Refunds / Exchanges

Although we hope you will love your DentistRx products for years to come, if you purchased your product directly from the DentistRx e-commerce site we are able to issue a no-hassle refund to the same credit card that was used at the time of purchase. All refunds should be returned to DentistRx with original purchase invoice or confirmation number to:

If you did not purchase your product directly from DentistRx, please contact the original place of purchase. DentistRx does not set the return and refund policies of dental offices and other resellers.

All refunds require the product to be unopened and in new-package condition within 60 days from the original date of purchase.

DentistRx will gladly exchange product covered under the Limited Warranty, regardless of where it was purchased.
